At Styled By Society, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every package is carefully prepared.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, Styled By Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• High holiday order volumes
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Styled By Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend:

• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

Multiple Items

Some orders may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
