At Styled By Society, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Free Returns
We offer FREE returns on all eligible items within our 30-day return window unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If an item is marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise specified, it is not eligible for return or refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
Items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the customer without a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Final Sale items
- Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Swimwear (unless unworn with original hygienic liner intact)
- Earrings and certain jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Any item specifically marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To provide the best shopping experience and ensure product availability, we do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or color, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Contact your bank.
If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Email: support@styledbysociety.com.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us because:
- An incorrect shipping address was provided
- The package was refused
- The package was unclaimed
We may deduct any carrier fees from your refund or require additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Return Fraud
Styled By Society reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of:
- Excessive wear
- Alteration
- Abuse of our return policy
- Fraudulent activity
